step 1 : Empty Stomach

1 glass jeera water (Boost Metabolism)


STEP 2 : Breakfast (8-9 Am)


1 Bowl Oatmeal

(40 g oats + milk + fav fruits + 5-10 almonds + 1 tbsp seeds + Honey)


Step 3 :Mid-Morning (11 Am)


Seasonal Fruit (150 g)


Step 4 : Lunch (1:30-2 Pm)

1 chapati

+ 150 g paneer bhurji + 180 g salad (Cucumber & Carrot)


 STEP 5 : Evening (5 pm)


Option 1 = 1 glass coconut water

Option 2 = 1 Glass Chia Seeds Lemon water

Option 3 = 1 Glass Buttermilk


Step 6 : Dinner (7-8 Pm)


1 Stuffed vegetable besan Chilla + green chutney
