Vegetables = All Vegetables are fine to eat (Only Cruciferous Vegetable Avoid

Fruits = Apple, Banana, guava, watermelon, muskmelon, pomegranate, kiwi, berries, orange etc (Check avoid food list)
Gluten Free Grains = Buckwheat, oats, Bean, Brown rice, White rice, Quinoa, Arrowroot, Sorghum, Tapioca, Foxtail millet, Finger millet, Barnyard Millet & Pearl millet
Dairy = All Dairy Product Including Milk, Cheese, yogurt Etc
Beverages = Water and other Non Caffeinated beverages

Step 6 : Dinner (7-9 Pm)

Hotchpotch (kitchdi) / Vegetable porridge ( daliya)
Option 2 = Green Chutney
Option 3 = 40 g Masala Oats With Veggies
Option 4 = 1 Bowl Quinoa Hotchpotch (kitchdi)
Option 5 = 1 Chapati + 1 Bowl mix dal + Salad
Option 6 = 150-200 g grilled chicken / Chicken Tikka + Salad
Step 7 : Avoid Foods
Nuts: Peanut.
Highly processed foods: Hot dogs, cakes, cookies, etc.
Supplements: Selenium and iodine supplements should be avoided unless prescribed by your doctor.
Foods that contain gluten: Bread, pasta, cereals, beer, etc.
Soy foods: Tofu, tempeh, soy milk, etc.
Cruciferous vegetables: Broccoli, spinach, cabbage, Radish etc.
Certain fruits: Peaches, pears and strawberries.
• Beverage: Black coffee and alcohol - these beverages may irritate your thyroid gland
